Overview
SuccessfulPainter.com (“Successful Painter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides marketing services to painting contractors. We are based in Orlando, Florida and work with painting companies across the United States.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through this website, through our booking and contact forms, and through lead forms we run on Facebook and Instagram. By submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described here and to our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
We only collect what we need in order to respond to you and determine whether we are a fit to work together. That typically includes:
- Your name and the name of your painting business
- Your email address and phone number
- Your city, service area, or market
- Business details you choose to share, such as crew size, average job value, current lead sources, or revenue range
- Any message, question, or notes you submit through a form
- Basic technical and usage data such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, browser, and device type
We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial identifiers through this website.
Facebook & Instagram Lead Information
We run advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and use Facebook Lead Ads and Meta's Conversions API. This section describes how that information flows both directions.
Information we receive from Facebook
If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form (also called an Instant Form), the information you enter in that form — for example your name, email address, phone number, business name, and answers to any qualifying questions — is sent to us by Meta. That transfer happens because you submitted the form and consented on the form itself. We receive that lead data into our internal customer relationship management (CRM) system so a real person can follow up with you. We may also receive it through an authorized automation or integration service acting on our behalf.
Information we send to Facebook
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising. This means we may send Meta event information about actions taken on our site (such as viewing a page, starting a form, or booking a call), along with limited identifiers used for matching, such as a hashed email address or hashed phone number, plus browser identifiers, IP address, and user agent. We use this only to measure ad performance, avoid showing you ads for something you already did, and reach similar contractors. We do not send Meta the substance of private conversations, and we do not use these tools to build profiles that are sold or licensed to anyone.
Deleting Facebook lead data
You can ask us to delete lead information we received from Facebook or Instagram at any time by emailing jonathan@successfulpainter.com. You can also remove our access from your Facebook account settings, and you can review and adjust your ad preferences directly with Meta.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information you give us to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about working together
- Confirm, reschedule, or remind you about a call you booked
- Determine whether your business qualifies for our program
- Provide and improve the services you hired us for
- Measure which advertising and pages actually produce qualified leads
- Keep records required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has a legal effect on you, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the reason you submitted it.
We Never Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or license your personal information to anyone, for any price, ever. We do not share your lead information with other painting contractors, and we do not participate in shared lead marketplaces or lead reselling of any kind.
Lead information stays internal to Successful Painter. It is used to talk to you, and to run the services you asked us about — nothing else.
When Information Is Shared
We share information only in these limited circumstances, and never in exchange for money:
- Service providers we rely on to operate — such as our website host, CRM, email and scheduling tools, and analytics or advertising measurement platforms — who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us
- When you explicitly direct us to, for example asking us to introduce you to a partner or vendor
- When required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the receiving party remains bound by this policy
Communications & Consent
We only contact you when you have given us explicit permission — for example by submitting a form, booking a call, replying to us, or otherwise asking us to get in touch. When you provide your phone number on a form, you consent to be contacted at that number by call, text message, or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email jonathan@successfulpainter.com and ask us to stop. We honor opt-out requests promptly. We may still send transactional messages you asked for, such as confirming a scheduled call. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.
Storage, Retention & Security
Your information is stored internally in access-controlled systems, and access is limited to the people who need it to do their job. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encrypted connections, reputable vendors, and restricted accounts — to protect it.
We keep lead information for as long as needed to respond to you, serve you as a client, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights & Choices
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to do any of the following, and we will honor it:
- Access a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- Delete your information from our systems
- Stop contacting you, or limit how we contact you
- Opt out of advertising cookies and tracking technologies
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment, there is no “do not sell my information” process to complete — that is already our default. To exercise any right, email jonathan@successfulpainter.com. We will never discriminate against you for making a privacy request.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, aggregate analytics, and advertising measurement, including the Meta Pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit interest-based advertising through your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences or your device settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, so please review this page periodically.
